Master Ministries welcomes Paul Milner as the newest member of our staff. Paul and his family moved here from Kinston, NC where he has served for the last nine years as the Assistant Pastor at New Testament Baptist Church. They started Master Clubs there in 2004 and our staff has watched Paul's passion for this ministry. He not only excelled there by training his own staff and driving a van load of kids four hours every year to compete in the North Carolina Regional Competition, but he has helped several other churches throughout that area improve their Club as well. Paul not only saw God use Master Clubs to bring numerical and spiritual growth in his church, but he saw the fruit of Master Clubs in his own home as he witnessed the spiritual growth of his own two children.

Paul joined our staff on January 1, 2012 and is our Director of Communications. His responsibilities include:

- communicating with our family of Master Club churches to train and motivate their leaders.

- promoting the various annual competitions of Master Clubs such as our eight Regional Competitions, the four                     Mailbox Competitions, and the annual Grand National Pine Car Derby.

- helping those churches who do not use Master Clubs to see the need for Master Clubs in their church.

- expanding our means of communicating and training Master Club leaders and leaders in other areas of children's ministry         through the use of email, our website, and videos.

- building an awareness of the need for leaders of children and youth to attend the annual                                                          Loving and Leading Conference which is held at our home church, First Baptist Church of Milford, Ohio.

- encouraging pastors to invest in their leaders by hosting a Children's Ministry 101 Training at their church.

- listening to the needs of pastors and leaders so that we can more effectively help them as they train their children.

Our staff has been praying for someone to fill this position for almost two years and we are confident that Paul is God's answer to that prayer.  He did not come to us "looking for a job", we sought him because we have personally witnessed his love for this ministry and believe that he can help other leaders as we continue our mission of "Training Kids to Serve The Master!"
